So I ate only 888 calories today. Wooohoo. It’s weird though, because I feel like I ate a lot.
I had a morning shake after my workout: protiens + and greens + powder with flax seeds in it.
At lunch I had salmon. I had a salad as well.
Dinner was a stirfry
And for snacks I had a banana and blueberries, green tea, and Mary’s Gone Crackers.
I’ve been using iPhone Fitness Pal app and it is amazing. You track all the food you eat, water you drink, excercise you do. It totals your cals and tells you how many calories you should injest to get to your goal weight.
I highly recommend it for anyone with an iPhone and looking to lose weight.

I had an AMAZING workout today.
I’ve been following the body rock t.v videos and they are really good. I highly recommend them.
And after I had a big protein shake and then eggs. Woo.
Excercising i think is the easy part. It’s contolling what you eat thats the hardest
I feel so fat today -_-
